How to Boil Out a FryMaster FilterQuick Fryer

Supplies You’ll Need:
- Frymaster-approved Stera-Sheen cleaner
- Nylon fryer brush
- Fryer hook
- Cloths
- Scrub pads
- Warm water
Steps to Boil Out a FryMaster FilterQuick Fryer
- Step 1. Press the filter button, the right arrow button, to choose CLEAN and checkmark button to advance to the boil out mode.
- Step 2. Press the arrow button under YES twice when the controller displays BOIL OUT NOW? And IS OIL REMOVED?
- Step 3. Remove the rack in the vat with a fryer hook.
- Step 4. Fill the vat to the fill line with water and cleaning chemicals.
- Step 5. Press the arrow under CONFIRM once the solution has been added to the vat.
- Note: A 30 minute countdown will start.
- Step 6. Scrub the vat with a wire brush during the boil out process.
- Note: Wear protective gloves before you begin.
- Step 7. Press the arrow under CONFIRM after the boil out timer has finished.
- Note: REMOVE FILTER PAN will display when confirmed.
- Step 8. Remove the filter pan and replace it with a disposal pan to hold the hot water.
- Step 9. Press the arrow under CONFIRM to start draining the water into an approved floor drain or heat-resistant bucket.
- Step 10. Press the arrow under CONFIRM when the solution has been drained.
- Step 11. Scrub and rinse the vat with fresh water.
- Step 12. Thoroughly dry the vat and the elements with a cloth.
- Step 13. Press the arrow under CONFIRM twice when the controller displays RINSE COMPLETE? and VAT AND PAN DRY?
- Step 14. Take out the disposal pan and return the filter pan into place.
- Step 15. Press the arrow under CONFIRM when the controller displays INSERT FILTER PAN.
- Step 16. Refill the vat up to the lower line.
