How to Clean a Globe Countertop Fryer
Regular cleaning is vital for maintaining food flavor, preventing carbon accumulation on heating coils and ensuring kitchen safety. Commercial operators should know how to clean a Globe countertop fryer thoroughly at the end of each operational day, or more frequently in high-volume food establishments.
Because Globe countertop fryers feature modular components, the fry pot, baskets and electrical head can be separated for fast sanitation. Follow the daily step-by-step cleaning procedure below to keep your unit operating at peak efficiency.
Supplies List
- Mild dish detergent
- Clean, soft cloths and non-abrasive sponges
- Soft-bristle cleaning brush (for heating elements)
