Tips and essentials for the restaurant, foodservice and HVAC spaces in one place.

Pulp and peels leave commercial juicers a mess. So once the brunch rush is over and demands for juice have stopped, you’re going to need to get it washed and ready for the next shift. If you aren’t sure how to clean a Zumex juicer, you’ve come to the right place. We’ll walk you through the steps so you can get the unit looking like new again. Since most of the parts are in constant contact with juice, the unit must be cleaned daily.

The following steps are applicable to several Zumex juicers such as the Speed S Plus, Speed Up, Tank Podium and Pomegranate models.
