Cleaning Spills Between Uses
If a major spill occurs, the following should be done to clean it before going to use the tortilla warmer again:
- Spilled food - Wipe up the mess with a damp cloth.
- Melted plastic - Use a high temperature plastic spatula to remove the mess.
These methods of cleaning are done while the unit is on and thus heat resistant gloves will be needed.
