How to Clean an APW Wyott Classic Cook & Serve

Supplies
- Sponge
- Cleaning cloths
- Dish soap
- Water
- Stainless steel cleaner
Cleaning Instructions
These units need to be cleaned after every use.
- Step 1. Turn off the temperature dial.
- Step 2. Unplug the power cord and wait for the unit to fully cool down.
- Step 3. After pans are removed, clean the well with a sponge or cloth and soapy water.
- Note: Pans can be cleaned at a sink or in a dishwasher.
- Step 4. Rinse the well with a damp cloth. Then, dry it off with a clean, dry cloth.
- Step 5. Clean the unit exterior with a cloth and stainless steel cleaner.
