The following steps are applicable to juicer models with a tank podium like the Speed Pro tank podium and the Speed Pro Plus tank podium.
Disassembly
Before you start to clean the unit, it needs to be properly disassembled so parts don’t get damaged or lost.
- Step 1. Remove the filter and tray.
- Step 2. Remove the tank cover.
- Note. Keep the buoy attached to the cover.
- Step 3. Remove the juice tank pro shaker.
- Step 4. Remove the tap.

- Step 7. Remove the drip filter and tray.
Cleaning
Once the unit is fully disassembled, it’s time to clean it.
- Step 8. Clean the parts - Clean all of the disassembled parts with Zumex Citric Active detergent and a non-abrasive sponge, then rinse off the detergent.
- Step 9. Disinfect - Apply disinfectant to the parts and let it sit for 1 minute before rinsing it off.
- Step 10. Drying - Either set out the parts to air dry, or dry them by hand with a cloth.
- Step 11. Reassembly - Reassemble the clean parts in the reverse order of how they were disassembled.
