Operating a Commercial Convection Oven
Step 1 - Plug the oven in, turn it on and allow it to warm up.
Step 2 - Select the desired fan setting on the controls.
Step 3 - Select the desired fan speed.
Step 4 - Set the temperature to the desired point, then load the food product into the oven.
Step 5 - Set the timer and wait for the unit to cook. Once the oven is done cooking, the timer will sound.
