Cooking in the oven doesn’t have to be difficult or confusing when you have the right information to follow. With our guide on how to operate a commercial convection oven with range, you’ll be able to set the temperature and get food cooked to perfection. 

Operating a Commercial Convection Oven

  • Step 1 - Plug the oven in, turn it on and allow it to warm up. 
  • Step 2 - Select the desired fan setting on the controls. 
  • Step 3 - Select the desired fan speed. 
  • Step 4 - Set the temperature to the desired point, then load the food product into the oven. 
  • Step 5 - Set the timer and wait for the unit to cook. Once the oven is done cooking, the timer will sound. 
  • Step 6 - Using heat-resistant gloves or oven mitts, remove the food product from the oven.
