Once everything is unboxed and set up, you’ll want to know how to operate an Electrolux Professional MultiSlim oven properly so you can get started on cooking delicious food for your customers. With proper instructions, you can master this unit in no time.

How to Set a Manual Cooking Mode on an Electrolux Professional MultiSlim Oven

  • Step 1. Press the “Manual” key on the home screen.
  • Step 2. Press the top pre-heat button to enable or disable automatic preheating.
  • Step 3. Press the cooking mode button to choose convection, mixed, steam, hold or smoking mode.
  • Step 4. Press the temperature button and enter the desired chamber temperature.
  • Step 5. Press the core probe button for more accurate cooking.
  • Step 6. Press the timer button and enter the desired time.
    • Note: Without a timer, the oven enters infinite mode until manually stopped.
  • Step 7. Convection Mode: Press the humidity vent valve button to manually discharge or keep humidity in the cooking chamber.
  • Step 8. Mixed Mode: Press the humidity button and set the desired humidity level.
  • Step 9. Convection and Mixed Modes: Press the fan speed button and adjust the speed accordingly.
  • Step 10. Press the Start button to begin cooking.
  • Step 11. Save as program: Press the functions button at the bottom.
  • Step 12. Save as program: Press Save Program followed by Save.
  • Step 13. Save as program: Press Forward until you reach the saved program.
  • Step 14. Save as program: Select the saved program, enter the desired name and press Enter to save.

How to Use the MultiTimer on an Electrolux Professional MultiSlim Oven

  • Step 1. Press the Multitimer button on the home screen.
  • Step 2. Choose one of the preset programs and press Start.
  • Step 3. Press the + button on one of the five empty boxes to the right.
  • Step 4. Choose your desired preset program.
  • Step 5. Add more dishes if desired.

How to Enter Cooling Mode on an Electrolux Professional MultiSlim Oven

  • Step 1. Press the Functions button on the bottom of the home screen.
  • Step 2. Press the Cooling button to advance to the cooling setup.
  • Step 3. Press the Start button to begin the cooling cycle.
  • Step 4. Open the door after the cooling cycle begins.
