How to Program a TurboChef Oven with OneTouch
Making speed ovens work best for your business is a breeze with unified controllers. With the introduction of Middelby’s OneTouch screen, you can expect it to be even easier than ever to set up and operate your unit. These touchscreens can be added to a majority of Middleby brands equipment, including TurboChef. We’ll show you how to program a TurboChef oven with OneTouch in this comprehensive video guide so you can set up any of their units.
The following is applicable to all TurboChef ovens with the OneTouch controller. This includes models such as:
Editing a Recipe
- Step 1. Select the pencil icon in the top right corner to enter edit mode.
- Step 2. Press the pencil icon next to the recipe you’re wanting to edit.
- Step 3. On the pop up menu, select Cooking Settings.
- Step 4. Input the desired cooking time and continue.
- Step 5. Input the desired upper air percentage and continue.
- Step 6. Input the desired lower air percentage and continue.
- Step 7. Input the desired microwave percentage and continue.
- Step 8. Press SAVE to finish editing.
Adding a Recipe
- Step 1. While in edit mode, Select the “+ Recipe” option in the top left corner.
- Step 2. Select “New” to begin creating a new recipe.
- Step 3. Type in a recipe name and press the next arrow to continue.
- Step 4. Select an icon or image for the recipe and press “Save” in the bottom right corner to continue.
- Step 5. Input a desired temperature setting and hit the next arrow to continue.
- Step 6. Input the desired cooking time and continue.
- Step 7. Input the desired upper air percentage and continue.
- Step 8. Input the desired lower air percentage and continue.
- Step 9. Input the desired microwave percentage and continue.
- Step 10. Press the “Next” option in the bottom right corner.
- Step 11. Either select a group to assign the recipe too or press “Skip.”
