How to Program an Antunes InfiniSteam

Understanding how to program an Antunes InfiniSteam touchscreen controller enables managers and chefs to customize cook times, holding temperatures and multi-portion batch settings across every drawer.
Antunes Infinisteam Programming
- Step 1. Open Settings - Tap the "Settings" button on the touchscreen display.
- Step 2. Access the Service Menu - Select "Service Menu" from the Tools Menu options on the screen.
- Step 3. Enter Products menu - Press "Products" on the Service Menu screen.
- Step 4. Select Manual Edit - Tap "Manual Edit" on the Products Menu.
- Step 5. Choose product slot - Select the product item slot on the screen that you wish to modify.
- Note: Your unit may already have preloaded options available to edit.
- Step 6. Select batch size - To edit time by batch size, select an existing batch size or select "No Product" to create a new batch size.
- Step 7. Enter steam duration - Use the numeric keypad on the touchscreen to enter your desired steam time in minutes and seconds (MM:SS).
- Step 8. Save steam time - Tap "Done" on the keypad to save the steam duration.
- Note: To adjust steam time on additional batch sizes, repeat steps 6-8.
- Step 9. Select Temp field - Tap the "Temp" field of the edit screen.
- Step 10. Set the temperature - Use the numeric keypad to type in your desired temperature setting.
- Step 11. Save temperature - Tap "Done" on the keypad to save the temperature value.
- Note: Some models allow you to edit product names as well.
- Step 12. Return to home screen - Once product editing is complete, press "Done" four consecutive times to exit the setup menu and return to the main operation screen.
