How to Program an Electrolux Professional MultiSlim Oven

With how advanced commercial kitchen equipment has become, it’s even easier to make your unit work better for your business. This can be done with simple programming for recipes and more. In this video guide, we’ll cover how to program an Electrolux Professional MultiSlim oven so you can create and edit cooking programs with ease.

Creating Cooking Programs

  • Step 1. Set or choose a saved cooking mode.
  • Step 2. Select “Advanced Customization.”
  • Step 3. Press the green button near the START button to create a new phase. 
  • Step 4. Adjust parameters accordingly.
  • Step 5. Press the START button to begin the phase or the trash button to delete it.

Modifying Cooking Programs

  • Step 1. Select the desired program from the recipe book.
  • Step 2. Select “Advanced Customization.”
  • Step 3. Select the phase you wish to modify.
  • Step 4. Adjust parameters accordingly. 
  • Step 5. Press the START button to begin the phase or the trash button to delete it.

Copy Cooking Programs

Copying a program is a breeze. Simply follow the steps to create a program all the way through. After saving, select "Copy." This will duplicate the program in case you need an additional one with the same parameters. 

Rename Cooking Programs

  • Step 1. Open the program.
  • Step 2. Select the Functions key.
  • Step 3. Select “Rename.”
  • Step 4. Type in the new program name.
  • Step 5. Press “Enter” to save the name.

Delete Cooking Programs

  • Step 1. Open the program.
  • Step 2. Select the Functions key.
  • Step 3. Press “Save.”
  • Step 4. Press “Delete.”
  • Step 5. Confirm your selection by pressing “Yes” on the pop up.
