How to Replace Nemco Easy Onion Slicer Blades

This guide will walk you through how to replace Nemco Easy Onion slicer blades so you can have it working like new.
The following steps are applicable to Easy Onion slicer models like the 56750-1, 56750-3, and N55750.
Removing the Old Blades
- Step 1. Remove the pin from the pusher assembly.
- Step 2. Move the pusher lever out of the way.
- Step 3. Lift the pusher assembly off the guide rods to remove it.
- Step 4. Remove the blade assemblies.
- Note: Wear gloves when handling the blades.
Installing the New Blades
- Step 1. Be sure to first inspect the new blades to guarantee they aren’t damaged and clean. Then install them into the frame with the sharp edges pointing up.
- Step 2. Slide the pusher assembly back down onto the guide rods.
- Note: Verify the pusher and blades align properly.
- Step 3. Put the lever back into position.
- Step 4. Secure the lever to the pusher assembly with the pin.
