Granted, if you’re not familiar with operating commercial holding and warming equipment, it may not seem so simple. Follow along with this video guide to learn how to use a Carter-Hoffmann Crisp N’ Hold fried food station to ensure the product is the best quality for customers. 

This guide applies to Carter-Hoffmann Crisp N’ Hold models such as the CNH14, CNH28 and CNH40.

Operation Instructions

  • Step 1. Inspect the unit - Check that the unit is clean and grease free before beginning to use it.
  • Step 2. Check the grease pan - Verify the grease pan is installed properly.
  • Step 3. Power on the unit - Turn the power switch to the ON position.
  • Step 4. Preheat - Wait for 10-15 minutes for the unit to heat up. 
  • Step 5. Load product - The unit is now ready for holding the product.
