Merrychef eikon Oven Operating Instructions

• Step 1. Turn the oven on.
• Step 2. Select a desired temperature from the options to begin preheating.
• Step 3. Wait for the touchscreen to change from the preheating thermometer to the cookbook screen to load the product into the oven.
• Step 4. Press the cookbook icon.
  • Note: This step can be skipped if the unit is on quick service mode.
• Step 5. Select a desired program group.
• Step 6. Select a desired program.
• Step 7. Press the green checkmark to begin the selected program.
