Merrychef eikon Oven Operating Instructions
- Step 1. Turn the oven on.
- Step 2. Select a desired temperature from the options to begin preheating.
- Step 3. Wait for the touchscreen to change from the preheating thermometer to the cookbook screen to load the product into the oven.
- Step 4. Press the cookbook icon.
- Note: This step can be skipped if the unit is on quick service mode.
- Step 5. Select a desired program group.
- Step 6. Select a desired program.
- Step 7. Press the green checkmark to begin the selected program.
