It’s important to operate equipment safely to avoid accidents or damage. This guide will show you how to use an Antunes Miracle Steamer so you can cook quality product with ease.
How to Operate an Antunes Miracle Steamer
- Step 1. Power on the unit - Turn on the unit and allow it to preheat for 20-30 minutes.
- Note: The blinking READY light will switch to solid once preheating is done.
- Step 2. Fill the reservoir - Add treated water to the reservoir no higher than the fill line.
- Step 3. Load product - Load product onto the spatula or drawer assembly and load it into the steamer.
- Step 4. Begin steaming - Either press and release the Single Shot button for 20-second steam or press the cycle start button to start a programmed cycle.
- Note: Make edits to programmed cycles before cooking.
- Step 5. Unload product - Pull out the spatula or drawer assembly to remove product from the steamer.
