Not Working
Unit isn’t plugged in - Plug in the power cord.
Note: Not all gas models will have a power cord.
Temperature knobs are set to off or the incorrect temperature - Adjust the knobs to the correct temperature setting.
Gas supply is closed - Open the gas valve.
Pilot is unlit - Light the pilot.
Gas hose is leaking - Spray soapy water around gas connections and check for bubbles to confirm if there is a leak. Then contact an authorized service technician.
Gas hose connection is loose - Securely connect the gas hose.
Circuit breaker is off or tripped - Turn on or reset the breaker.
