If your Ovention MiLO2 oven isn’t turning on, properly cooking food or heating up, here are some troubleshooting tips to try before contacting an authorized service technician.
Oven Isn’t Working
Unit isn’t plugged in—Plug in the unit
Unit’s circuit breaker switches are turned off—Turn on the circuit breaker switches
Control reset switches are turned off—Turn on the control reset switches
Unit is connected to the wrong power supply—Contact an authorized service technician
Food Isn’t Cooking Properly
Incorrect temperature setpoint or recipe has been selected—Check the setpoint temperature and recipe and adjust if necessary
Unit’s circuit breaker switches are turned off—Turn on the circuit breaker switches
Crumb trays are missing or installed incorrectly—Reinstall crumb trays
IR element pack or air flow is malfunctioning—Contact an authorized service technician
Oven Isn’t Heating
Unit’s circuit breaker switches are turned off—Turn on the circuit breaker switches
High limit switch is tripped—Reset the high limit switch
