Perlick Glass Washer Chemical Concentration Adjustment Instructions

Undercounter warewashers can help keep a bar well stocked with all the glassware it needs. Most units can be modified to ensure they work exactly the way you need them to. Whether the unit is fresh out of the box or it’s been a while and it needs some adjusting, Parts Town has you covered. These Perlick glass washer chemical concentration adjustment instructions will help you get your unit cleaning the way you need it.

The following instructions are applicable to Perlick rotary undercounter glass washer models such as the PKBR24

How to Adjust Chemical Concentration

All adjustments are made at the chemical control panel. The knobs can be turned to different positions to change the concentration. For further adjustment, an authorized service technician will need to be called to recalibrate the chemical system.

  • Position 3 - 14 seconds, which is best for high soil and hard water.

Sanitizer

This knob only has one position to be set to. This setting is for 12 seconds.

Rinse Aid

The rinse aid knob has 3 different settings to choose from with the factory calibrated times.

  • Position 1 - 2 seconds, which is best for low soil and soft water.
  • Position 2 - 4 seconds, which is recommended for medium soil and water.
