Will product not fully cook? Is the unit just refusing to turn on all together? These issues and more can bring business to a stand still. Rather than shutting down operations till a service tech can come out, try some quick and easy fixes to get it running again. These TurboChef PLEXOR A2 and A3 oven troubleshooting tips can help you get back to cooking pizzas, sandwiches and more.

Not Working or Heating

  • Unit is unplugged - Plug in the power cord.
    • Note: Always check the cord isn’t damaged before connecting.
  • Unit is turned off - Turn on the desired modules. 
  • Circuit breaker is off or tripped - Turn on or reset the breaker.
  • Unit is dirty - Clean the oven.
  • Product was loaded into the wrong module - Switch product to the correct module.
    • Note: Use caution as product may be hot.
  • Wrong group or recipe was selected - Cancel current program, and select the desired recipe or group for product being cooked.
  • Module sleighs are blocked or jammed - Clear away items blocking the sleighs.
  • Air filters are clogged or missing - Ensure the air filters are clean and properly installed. If they’re dirty, clean them with warm water.
