U-Line Joetap UCDE215 Dispenser is Leaking Liquid or Nitrogen
There are a few reasons why your dispenser could be leaking. Check out the reason and simple fixes below:
- Issue 1: Product tank lid is loose.
- Fix: Remove the lid and reattach it perfectly centered for proper sealing.
- Issue 2: Fitting or faucet is loose, disconnected or broken.
- Fix: Contact an authorized technician to repair it.
If stopping the leaks require the help of a technician, do the following immediately:
- Step 1: Turn off the nitrogen to the dispenser.
- Step 2: Disconnect the quick disconnects from the product tank.
- Step 3: Contact the customer support line or authorized technician to diagnose and repair.
U-Line Joetap UCDE215 Dispenser Pouring Too Warm or Cold
When the U-Line Joetap dispenser is pouring too warm or too cold, there are a few ways this can be repaired. Here are some tips to checking your unit:
- Product is too hot: There’s no power to the dispenser.
- Product is too cold: The temperature is at a low setting.
- Fix: Increase the temperature by pressing the up arrow on the control panel.
- Product is lukewarm: The condenser coil is dirty.
- Fix: Clean the condenser coil.
If the dispenser is still pouring too warm or cold, contact an authorized technician to diagnose and repair the issue.
U-Line JoeTap UCDE215 Dispenser Dispensing Too Much or Too Little Nitrogen
When it comes to the nitrogen levels being off, you’ll want to adjust the secondary regulator. Follow these steps to get the levels back to normal:
Adjusting the Secondary Regulator
- Step 1: Enter adjustment mode by pulling out the black knob until you feel a click.
- Step 2: To increase the nitrogen level, turn the knob clockwise. To decrease the nitrogen level, turn the knob counterclockwise.
- Step 3: Keep adjusting and pouring until the nitrogen levels meet the desired requirements.
- Step 4: When complete, push the knob back in to lock it in place.
If the dispenser is still pouring with a head that is too big or small, contact an authorized technician.
