The following steps are applicable to Winston holding cabinet models such as the HA4507GE and HA4507.
Not Working
- Unit is unplugged - Plug in the unit’s power cord. If the cord is damaged, have a technician replace it.
- Unit is turned off - Flip the unit’s power switch to the ON position.
- Evaporator isn’t filled with water - Add water to the evaporator.
- Circuit breaker is off or tripped - Turn on or reset the breaker.
Food Texture or Temperature Issue
- Evaporator isn’t filled with water - Add water to the evaporator.
- Temperature and texture dials aren’t set properly - Adjust the dials to the appropriate setting.
- Door gasket is worn out or dirty - Clean or replace the gasket.
Leaking Water
- Drain pipe o-ring is damaged - Replace the o-ring.
- Door gasket is worn out or dirty - Clean or replace the gasket.
- Drain cap is damaged or missing - Replace the cap.
