Cooper Atkins Parts & Manuals
Cooper-Atkins was founded by David G. Cooper, inventor of the first bimetal oven thermometer, in 1885 as the Cooper Oven Thermometer Company. The company became Cooper-Atkins in 2001 after the acquisition of Atkins Technical, a maker of thermocouple instruments. Today, Cooper-Atkins manufactures numerous time, temperature and humidity instruments as well as wireless temperature monitoring equipment. Standard thermometers can be placed in an oven or refrigeration unit to monitor temperature, thermocouples can be inserted into food to check internal temperature, and non-contact infrared thermometers can quickly measure surface temperatures. Choose Parts Town for always genuine OEM Cooper-Atkins replacement parts, thermocouples, thermometers, and more.
