What is the most popular item on your menu?
KooKoo Sandwich: it is a herb omelet made from parsley, leek, fenugreek, dill, eggs, salt, and pepper which we serve it on Ciabatta bread with lettuce, tomato, roasted red peppers and Swiss cheese
What is it about your restaurant that keeps customers coming back?
We’re not just passionate about sweets, but everything else that goes with a full and pleasing café experience. We also offer a wide range of sandwiches, soups, premium coffee, organic loose teas, imported nuts, artisan fresh baked pastries and baklavas, gluten-free cookies, craft beer, and other mouthwatering treats to please your taste buds. And the music you hear in store is chosen for its originality and appeal.
Café Nemooneh is a neighborhood gathering place, and we couldn’t be happier about it. “Ne•moo•neh” derived from the Persian language means “Superior”. Get to know us and you’ll see we are so much more than your average café.
What one thing does every restaurant owner need to know to be successful?
Quality and consistency in service and products builds a trustworthy relationship between the customer and the business, which builds repeat customers.
What is the toughest challenge your restaurant has faced?
Marketing. Trying to continuously advertise so people won’t forget about our business.
What strategies have worked best for you on the Internet?
Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram has been amazing for my business. If it wasn’t for these three sites I would have spent a lot more funds to get our name out to the public.
How has your relationship with Parts Town been?
Amazing. Always have the cheapest price on parts that I need.
