Please get in touch with us via email at [email protected] or by phone at 630.866.4385 to start a return. Most new, unopened items can be returned within 90 days to receive a full refund. We cannot accept returns without prior approval or consent, which will be decided at Parts Town’s discretion.
If you have items that have been installed, but are no longer within 90 days from purchase or have a manufacturer defect, please download and complete the PDF form and email it to [email protected]. This form should not be used for items damaged due to shipping or packaging. We will review and send information about warranty coverage and returning the part, if necessary, within 48 hours. If you need a replacement part, please place a new order for it.
VAT is Value Added Taxes (VAT). You are responsible for all applicable VAT and for providing a valid value added tax identification number (VAT ID). If you are located in the European Union and provide a VAT ID, then we will not invoice VAT (except in Germany) and you will be responsible to comply with VAT regulations in your country of residence. If you are located in the European union and do not provide a VAT ID, then we will always invoice your VAT at the applicable rate based in your country of residence.
Our product pricing in the European Union includes all applicable import duties and fees. If you are located outside the European Union, you will be responsible for all applicable import brokerage, duties and fees.
All export orders are subject to Parts Town terms and conditions and are DAP (Delivered At Place) when shipping direct in the country and FCA (when shipping to a US forwarder) unless otherwise stated.
Products are shipped F.O.B. shipping point with freight costs and handling fees paid by Parts Town and charged to the customer. Other terms and conditions may apply for freight collection, export orders, hazardous materials, special handling or shipments outside the contiguous United States. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer's carrier or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the customer.
