John Admin, Addison

Recently, John was so protective of Clint’s car when a Tesla repair guy came to service his car. It turned out the service was legit, but John was not going to allow anyone to mess with it! We are all so appreciative of John and how he looks out for us!

Madeline Analytics, Addison

Madeline is a quiet hidden ninja in the world of Analytics. There are days where we see her turn around request after request all while working on back end strategic projects for the business and Analytics. In the last few months Madeline has run point on designing and help launch the new JIRA intake process for Analytics that helps streamline and prioritize requests for the business. She designed and launched the new Customer Portfolio Deep Dive apps in Qlik for the business to leverage at a moment’s notice. She’s been working tirelessly on validating and getting incredibly helpful reports and projects to out the business, like Savings reports, Hobart Discount reporting, and a new HVAC Dashboard. In addition to being a very talented analyst, Madeline is also incredibly kind and helpful to her teammates. Having her on our team is a game changer and we are all better for it.

Ryan Chains, Remote

Ryan is outstanding with customer service, jumping in to help anywhere for anyone, is always reliable and goes the extra mile for the customers. Recently he spent the better part of an hour trying to help a VERY big customer who was not happy about a delayed order. Ryan was able to calm him down, offer every possible solution, and even though it was too late in the day to get him his part any faster, he was ok in the end with how hard Ryan worked to try and rectify the situation. He’s a great team player with a great attitude and sense of humor that highly contributes to our atmosphere.

Tiana Ecommerce, Fort Wayne

Tiana has been instrumental to a fast-paced PIM initiative, bringing together teams across Parts Town Unlimited to contribute their expertise to a critical company-wide initiative. There is a lot of complexity to the PIM initiative with many PTU teams involved globally, two vendors and multiple platform integration points internally. With a lot of hard work Tiana has made it look easy, from defining program management with many stakeholders, to keeping everyone on track, to the logistics of an intense initiative schedule with many partners and meetings. The momentum of the PIM initiative reflects on the quality of Tiana’s work, enabling a participatory and collaborative environment that reflects the best values of Parts Town.

Desire International, Addison

I would like to nominate Desire from the International team for VIP. Desire is a newer member of the International team but has made her presence well known and loved. She always has a great attitude with both teammates and customers. She makes everyone feel welcomed and will always go above and beyond to help out when she can. She embodies Community, Passion, and Integrity every day with each interaction she has.

Robert IT, Fort Wayne

He has been assuring our PCs are encrypted, patching PCs that are behind on a version and explaining ever so nicely to users why we must do this. He keeps our platform safe from the bad actors and is an attentive ticket taker. He onboards new hires, answers their questions, and solves their problems. When volunteers are needed for projects, he always raises his hand!

Robyn I-Team, Addison

Robyn is a VIP! She has great passion for her job. Robyn also heavily advocates for our culture on the I-Team and continues to push us to cultivate a sense of community for all team members. Robyn has always been a ‘go-to’ for any questions we have throughout the day but she’s also a bright spot for if you need to talk out any personal life stuff. We are very lucky on the I-Team to have a leader like her!

Riley Accounting, Addison

Riley exemplifies many of Parts Town’s core values, but his passion and integrity are infectious! He has recently been working on some very large, high-exposure projects (freight optimization and Frymaster discount change) that impact the broader business and involve a lot of coordination and teamwork with various areas. It has been very apparent within these two projects that he is passionate in his work and is constantly pushing himself to provide the best visibility and solutions possible to help the organization make fast decisions. Both of these projects required a lot of re-work, and he was so persistent on making the adjustments with a sense of urgency. Riley is also a pleasure to work with. He is willing to partner with anyone across the business to make sure all bases are covered and were not missing anything as part of the overall solution. I very much look forward to continuing to partner with Riley on many more projects and learn from him along the way. Thank you for all you do, Riley!

Amber Institutions, Fort Wayne

Amber has been with us less than a year. During this time, she has shown great passion for helping each customer. Her positive attitude is greatly appreciated, and she will do whatever is needed to get the job done! Integrity is shown through her calming smile and voice when working with our customers. She should have a motto….” Ask Amber and she will get the job done!” She has toggled between offline and online, and she has adapted extremely well.

Jasenko Ecommerce, Addison

Jas has been instrumental in helping the ecom leadership team build our new KPI report, designed to provide insights to the health of visitors into PTA websites. His PT passion, attitude and execution have been exemplar to the team in how he shows up with a can-do attitude to either build the reports or figure out a new skill to get us to value. He’s done this without skipping a beat or dropping of his level of support to our ecom team. Jas has been a great partner to work with, very gracious and fun to work with.
