The Parts Town Community

Sales associate Pat Rygula shares her perspective on what makes Parts Town great:

“On a recent sales call, a customer asked me why they ought to use Parts Town if pricing were left out of the equation.  My answer was very simple – Parts Town is a community.  We care about each other and about our customers.  Our office is an open floor plan, allowing us to bounce ideas off of each other and work as a team to help serve our customers to the absolute best of our ability.  When you call in looking for technical support or for a part you might speak with a single person, but behind the scenes there is always a whole network of people working to solve the problem for you.  We have a unique, enjoyable environment, and the positive attitude that defines us is apparent to our customers.  We are helpful, courteous, humble, kind, respectful, and honest people, and never make a customer feel as if they are a bother.  We take great pride in our work, no matter what the task at hand might be.  The people at Parts Town are truly an extension of my family.  We are always willing to go the extra mile for you.  We see it as the essence of our job.  I am proud to be a member of such an amazing team.”
