What is the toughest challenge your restaurant has faced?

Living through the aftermath of the tornadoes on April 27, 2011. Many friends and family were affected. Thankfully none were among the hundreds killed. Our Huntsville stores were closed and without power for a week. The entire community came together and supported those impacted by the disaster. Our entire LawLers Barbecue team became closer because of those hard days. Some neighborhoods are still trying to recover.

What strategies have worked best for you on the internet?

We have been able to create a Facebook family of friends who support us in everyway, everyday. We love them all…and they keep growing our business!

How has your relationship with Parts Town been?

When the part was not in stock, you quickly called the factory and got us our order anyway on our second day air delivery. Even more unbelievable was…YOU called us to tell us what happened!
