The New partstown.com is Almost Here: Are You Ready?
In the next few weeks, we will be launching our new and improved website to make finding and buying parts easier and faster than ever.
Simplifying the login process is first on our list. Instead of logging in with a username, you will now use your email address. Easy!
If you have a single account (one username), you will only need to verify your email address in MY ACCOUNT on partstown.com.
If you have multiple accounts (several usernames tied to one email address), you will need to create unique email addresses for each account. Check our our FAQ section for step-by-step instructions.

How to verify or update your partstown.com account:

Log in to your partstown.com account
as usual and click on MY ACCOUNT
Step 2
Click on My Profile
Step 3
Review your personal information to make sure everyrthing is up-to-date. The
email address at the bottom will be your
partstown.com login

What if I forget to update or do nothing and I have a single partstown.com account?
Your new login will become the email address from your profile.
What if I forget to update or do nothing, and I have multiple partstown.com accounts?
If you have multiple partstown.com usernames tied to the same email address, we will keep the most recently accessed account to serve as your active account moving forward. The email address associated with that account will be your new login info. All other usernames will be removed.
I received an email stating I have multiple partstown.com accounts. What do I do?
You have two options:
Option 1: Keep one of your accounts
- Log in using the partstown.com account you want to keep.
- Navigate to My Account, then click on My Profile.
- Review your account to make sure all of your information is accurate.
- Click UPDATE.
The email addresss saved to your profile will become your new login on partstown.com
Option 2: Keep multiple accounts
- Log in to each account with your current partstown.com credentials.
- Navigate to My Account, then click on My Profile.
- Review your account and update the personal information section so that each account has a unique email address. That email address will be your new login for that account.
- Click UPDATE.
Can I have one password for multiple partstown.com accounts?
You may choose to have the same password for all of your accounts, but each account will need a unique email address. For security, we never recommend reusing passwords across accounts or websites.
