Dennis Dettman – Role Model of Integrity

Parts Town employees looking for a mentor of their core value of Integrity need look no farther than leadership team member Dennis Dettman.

Conventionally thought of as synonymous with honesty and truthfulness, integrity can also refer to consistency of values and action, and this is an area in which Dennis is truly a role model to follow. Even in his personal life, he does not waver from the ideals he espouses at work. Dennis consistently encourages those around him to “go the extra mile” in all they do, and he leads by example.

Here’s a guy who is extremely busy yet takes the time to make hotel reservations for people, picks them up at all hours of the night to make sure they make it to the hotel, waits till late in the evening to eat dinner with them so they are cozy, comfortable and entertained and then drives them all over town so their travel experience is the best it can be. Dennis goes above and beyond for his coworkers and customers, and I have witnessed this first hand. There are simply not many like Dennis and both Parts Town and the rest of the world are better off because of him!
