What is the most popular item on your menu?
For breakfast, it would have to be one of our 10 different Eggs Benedict that our customers can also mix and match so they can try more than one at a time!
For lunch it would have to be our Wicked Fresh Haddock!
What is it about your restaurant that keeps customers coming back?
Our Great Food, Great Service and Great Value! Consistency in the quality of food and service is extremely important as is offering variety on the menu. The quality of our food and service is always great and we change our specials daily.
What one thing does every restaurant owner need to know to be successful?
Pay attention to detail; Watch your pennies and the dollars will take care of themselves.
What is the toughest challenge your restaurant has faced?
Controlling costs while still maintaining equipment and offering value with our menu in this economic climate.
What strategies have worked best for you on the Internet?
We focus quite a bit of our marketing efforts on Facebook and it has really benefited us. Facebook really is the new word of mouth. We also maintain an email list of folks that like to receive our Newsletter and of course maintain a website.
How has your relationship with Parts Town been?
We just started working with you folks but so far everything has been great and we look forward to working with you over the long term to address our maintenance needs.
