Every member of Parts Town’s customer service staff brings something unique and special to the table, but we all have one thing in common: a passion for providing a truly unparalleled customer experience. Here’s a look at one of our many customer service teams and the diverse personalities that come together to make it great.

Cynthia is our sassy Texan, and we love her attitude! She’s always there to lend an ear and help us solve our problems, and she extends the same courtesy to her customers.

Poised and always professional, we like to think of Dawn as our resident diva! She’s one of our most senior employees, and has moved up through the ranks quickly, showing us and her customers a new definition of “Girl power!”

Deon “The Results Guy” is known for getting the job done! His enthusiasm for Parts Town and its mission cannot be beat. With his witty sense of humor, Deon will win over every customer no matter where they come from or what they do.

We call Frank by his superhero name: Nighthawk. Frank is so polite to his customers, and his knowledge is vast – he’s even been mistaken for a technician! He’s always willing to lend a hand, and he is especially good at relating to our customers as he used to be a manager at a popular restaurant.

Gianna might be the biggest sweetheart on the team. Her genuine concern for her customers is apparent on every call. After talking with Gianna, you may wonder why you ever spoke with anyone else!

Knowledgeable, passionate, and courageous, Ginger is our fearless leader. If we had to choose one person who meets all of Parts Town’s core values (Passion, Innovation, Courage, and Integrity) we would choose her! She’s also the first to crack a funny joke when tensions are high!

Kee is funny, intelligent and lively. If any of us need motivation, she’s the first to kick us into high gear! If you’re lucky enough to get her on the phone, she will make you feel valued and heard like only a mom of three daughters could.

Laurel is our Parts ID guru. If you have a question, she has an answer! She is a true example of a team player. Always helping other teams in need and the first to take on additional assignments, she has a great creative mind and is always looking for ways to improve the team. We couldn’t operate without Laurel!

We can describe Michelle in one word: Dedicated. Every day Michelle tackles tough problems as Assistant Manager, and every day she goes above and beyond for everyone around her. She’s also highly organized and extremely reliable.

Vanessa is our newest team member, but the speed with which she has caught on is astounding! She is very good at helping customers quickly and accurately. It’s also worth noting that she is bilingual so she can help our Spanish-speaking customers!

Last, but definitely not least, we have Veronica. She conquers more calls than everyone on the team, and still finds time to dedicate to our charity committee, Helping Hands.
