What is the most popular item on your menu?

One of the most popular is our Seared Ahi Tuna Salad on fresh spinach with house made Asian slaw and orange sesame vinaigrette. Mango Chipotle BBQ Ribs are off the hook too.

 

What is it about your restaurant that keeps customers coming back?

Consistent Food that has some interest combined with genuine warm hospitality.

What one thing does every restaurant owner need to know to be successful?

You are only as good as the people you select, and how you treat them and train them. Food is everything. The world does not need another mediocre place to eat.

What is the toughest challenge your restaurant has faced?

Early on it was finding enough good staff to tip the scales until we could fill every spot with a superstar.

What strategies have worked best for you on the Internet?

Good old email and Facebook to keep in the frontal lobe of our guests.

How has your relationship with Parts Town been?
