Team Members Exemplify Parts Town's Core Values

Each quarter, the Parts Town team nominates four individuals who epitomize our core values of courage, passion, integrity, and innovation. The chosen individuals receive special recognition and thanks for their efforts.

This quarter’s four winners are:

Susan A. Susan is always willing to help out others at the drop of a dime. She is passionate and motivated with even the smallest task. She is honest about everything she does, and always does the right thing. She has the courage to say what needs to be fixed to make our work day easier.

Jim C. Jim is a very helpful person who always does the right thing when it comes to his customers.  He is always available to assist if there are questions on an account.  He is always looking for ways to make the customer’s experience exceptional!

Veronica O. Veronica is all about Parts Town. In every conversation she has with customers and every encounter she has with our team, she is very pleasant and goes above and beyond. She never turns down a chance to help resolve any issue that arises. She works hard to make sure that everyone on the team is up to date on current policies and procedures. She is full of great ideas to make the I-team operate amazingly. You can see the passion that she has for Parts Town and you can definitely hear it in every conversation she has with customers and other employees alike. Veronica is a true example of what Parts Town is all about and she deserves a Core Value Award 100%.

Courtney M. Courtney continues to demonstrate our core values even when dealing with the most difficult of situations. She continues to seek out innovative solutions to provide a better experience to new hires and existing team members.
