What is it about your restaurant that keeps customers coming back?

The fact that we are farm to table restaurant. We buy most meats and vegetables within a 50 mile radius of the restaurant and many within 5 miles.  Our menu changes with whats is available.

What one thing does every restaurant owner need to know to be successful?

Have balance in your life. Don’t let the business run you.

What is the toughest challenge your restaurant has faced?

The ups and downs of the economy. We stayed focus on what we do best and sales are great.

What strategies have worked best for you on the Internet?

Blogging, social media, emall blasts. Staying consistent with all.

Parts Town has been our go to supplier. We fix many things ourselves, so we need a reliable company that can get parts to us quickly.
