What is the most popular item on your menu? 

The most popular item is the Coconut Rum Cheesecake. 

What is it about your restaurant that keeps customers coming back?

The quality of the cheesecakes and the service. Everyone is greeted within 15 seconds of walking through the door and we try to answer any questions throughout their visit.

What one thing does every restaurant owner need to know to be successful?

Be adaptive and creative. Things are constantly changing and if you don’t keep up then you won’t be in business very long. I still have my mainstays but I’m always looking for new flavors and ways to improve.

What strategies have worked best for you on the Internet?

I just started up the business and haven’t fully implemented the vast Internet possibilities. We are on Facebook, Twitter, and soon the website to order online.

How has your relationship with Parts Town been?

Parts Town has been a pleasure to work with and has had just about everything I’ve needed to convert my 62 year old Blodgett ovens over to the safety standards of today.
