Hats Off to the Core Team

If you are a frequent Parts Town customer, chances are you’ve dealt with a member of Parts Town’s Core team – true paragons of customer service.

The Core team, which I have mentioned previously in this space, consists of fifteen of Parts Town’s most dedicated and skilled representatives who devote their time to taking remarkable care of our regular customers.  They are people who have proven time and again the importance they place on their customers’ satisfaction.  They truly exemplify our values, most especially the ideal of going the extra mile.  Because of their efforts, Parts Town’s regular customers are never left wanting for anything.

Have you ever received a birthday card or a valentine from Parts Town?  That was the Core team, which makes an effort to maintain personal correspondence with all its customers.  When you call in, do you always ask to speak to the same trusted representative?  Odds are that’s a member of the Core team as well.  What makes this team so special is its commitment to making customers happy – a fact which is not lost on the customers themselves.

“We develop a good rapport with the technicians and general managers of the restaurants,” says team member Pat Rygula.  Others agree, noting the fact that frequent customers enable their representatives to grow familiar with their individual needs.  “We get to know the restaurant’s equipment,” Rygula adds.  In fact, each member of the Core team has a familiarity with the machines used by their customers, making it that much easier for team members to help customers troubleshoot problems and get the parts they need.

Today we salute the Core team for all the extra effort they expend in the name of great customer service!
