But what if you need a more accurate prediction of exactly when a part will arrive? We offer a variety of convenient ways to track your shipment, and all you’ll need is your order number.

When you place an order by phone, simply ask for the six-digit order number and make note of it for your records. If you order online, we’ll send you an email with that information. If you need assistance, you can contact us via LiveChat, text, or phone to get your order number.

Once you have your order number, pay a visit to Partstown.com. About halfway down the page on the left-hand side, you’ll see a grey box with a headline that says “Track Your Order.” Enter your order number and zip code and press GO to view details of your order. You’ll be able to see, among other things, the shipping method that was used, the tracking number, the part numbers and quantities you requested, and which parts have shipped. You can keep track of what’s on its way to you, what’s arrived, and what’s still on order.

If you’re on the go, you can still track your order with ease. Simply text your order number to 800-438-8898 at any time, day or night, and we’ll send you an automated response with a tracking number that will let you know when your shipment is due to arrive.
