In October of 2024, we opened a new 420,000-square-foot Global fulfillment center in Litchfield Park, Arizona. This new facility features the same high-tech automation and distribution solutions as our Addison fulfillment center and allows us to increase in-stock availability.

The Details
The Arizona Global fulfillment center has been designed to support rapid growth, an increase in product offerings and to create jobs for new team members. That means more Townspeople to serve our customers. This will also be our first global fulfillment center that supports both the Parts Town Americas and Parts Town Home product lines. The expansion will help maintain the company's growth and momentum, while creating redundancy of service and improving the overall experience for our mutual customers in the West.

This fulfillment center has a wide variety of products across several key parts categories, including commercial foodservice, residential and HVAC. This expanded capability provides even more in-stock genuine OEM parts for our customers.

Sustainability
Eco-friendly practices are core to the new fulfillment center . We intend to purchase renewable energy certificates and carbon offsets to reduce emissions. We also use high-efficiency LED lighting throughout to lower energy usage.

Yes, Addison will continue to be our main distribution center.

No. The Arizona location will carry a large inventory of the fastest-moving, mission-critical parts. All other parts will continue to come from our Addison location.

This initial stocking order will be a larger, one-time additional bulk order. It is not a reflection of our long-term buying strategy.
We do not want it to impact any pending orders for the Addison Distribution Center. Please update your systems accordingly and ensure the new Arizona fulfillment center is loaded into any impacted systems - such as EDI, ERP, TMS, etc.
Initial stocking orders to the Arizona fulfillment center are being requested to ship complete to assist with the ramp up of the new facility.
We will reach out post launch to discuss how our new fulfillment center will affect our long-term buying strategy and future purchase orders.

We are expecting customers to have an even better experience thanks to faster shipping and better rates! There will be the opportunity to "split shipments" in the event the whole order cannot be filled out of one campus (Arizona or Addison). Customers will continue to purchase on partstown.com as usual.
