This Hubert® 18 Pan Slide Full Size Insulated Universal Heater Proofer provides a temperature range of 80° to 105°F. The holding mode can reach up to 180°F, perfect for storing a wide variety of ready-to-serve preheated dishes. Most importantly, you can always adjust the heater proofer's heat settings to suit your every culinary need.

The heater proofer features a clear Lexan door that allows you to monitor the status of your dishes without opening the door. In addition, it has a total of 18 pan slides that can accommodate a variety of different sizes of sheet pans and can be removed for servicing. To ensure that the temperature is regulated correctly, the door features both magnets and a tight-fitting gasket.

The heater proofer has controls located at the unit's bottom drawer and comes with a one-year full replacement warranty.
