The perforated slanted riser has holes to allow water to drain through. This stainless steel slanted riser is inclined so you use a reduced amount of ice. The platform has handles to help with placement and removal. This 27 x 21 (L x W) slanted riser can be employed as a matching fixture to Hubert Brand's stainless steel tabletop chiller (sold separately).
