This catering bag has an adjustable hard shelf for support when fully loaded. The transporter has a zip closure on top and end. A Velcro& locking strap keeps carrying straps together for secure transport. This catering bag can hold up to (2) 6"D or (5) 2 1/2" deep half size pans.
