For items that have been installed and no longer work within 90 days of purchase or have a manufacturer defect, please complete the PDF below and send it to [email protected] . We will review and send information about coverage and returning the part, if necessary, within 48 hours. Should you need a replacement, please order one at your leisure. This form should only be used for items that arrived with factory defect or failed after being installed in the unit for less than 90 days; not for damaged due to shipping or packaging.
