Find Marketplace Items
You'll find Marketplace items alongside other real OEM items on partstown.com. You can also Shop by Category, which is found in the header of our homepage.
Spot a Marketplace Item
You'll know you're looking at a Marketplace item when you see the "Shipped and Sold by" label. The name listed will NOT be Parts Town, but a trusted seller.
Fun Fact: Marketplace sellers choose their own prices and shipping options and they ship directly to you.

Check the "Shipped & Sold By" section on the product page, which is where the seller is listed. If multiple sellers offer the item, choose "More Offers Available" to compare options. All Marketplace orders are shipped directly by the seller.
Each Marketplace seller sets their own shipping methods and pricing. You'll see all available options at checkout and can choose what works best for you. Additional shipping charges may apply when purchasing from multiple Marketplace sellers.
Payment works just like a regular Parts Town purchase. Simply choose from the available payment methods at checkout.
Contact the seller directly for shipping questions or returns. Their info is on your invoice, packing slip or order history. You can also message the seller by visiting My Account → Order History, clicking the red CONTACT button, typing your message, and hitting SEND.
