Frequently asked questions

Marketplace sellers may offer genuine OEM replacement parts for equipment such as HVAC, laundry, smallwares and plumbing, as well as other high-quality products that support our current customer base of technicians and foodservice professionals.

You’ll be paid on a monthly basis. Your monthly earnings will be based on shipments from the previous month. For example, on February 7th, you’ll be paid for all of the orders you shipped in January. We’ll share all the specifics during the onboarding process.

There are no subscription or sign-up fees to join. Instead, we only take a category-based referral fee when you make a sale. We reinvest that fee directly into your growth by funding proactive sales outreach, email marketing and targeted search campaigns to get your products in front of the right buyers.

We’ll connect you with a Marketplace expert to guide you through the setup process and offer support to guide you toward success.
