The service measures temperature conditions within the combination oven and sends that data to the control system so heating can be regulated accurately. Its 1650mm lead length and probe construction matter because they allow proper routing and placement in the equipment while maintaining reliable signal transmission in a high-heat cooking environment.
The service may need to be replaced if the oven shows inaccurate temperature readings, uneven cooking results, error codes or inconsistent heating performance.
