This paper dispenser / cutter from Bulman smoothly dispenses many types of paper including Kraft butcher and gift wrapping paper. It delivers an even serrated cut using either side of the double-edged blade. Roll changing is simple with dowel holders and knife arms that lock into the open position. This paper dispenser / cutter conveniently mounts underneath a counter and saves space! It can hold up to a 9" diameter roll and is finished in a light gray powder coat. Perfect for use in butcher shops markets or grocery stores.
