That’s why we have a helpful Atosa prep table troubleshooting guide below to help you get your unit running like new again. From Atosa prep table not working to cabinets leaking water, we have solutions to help identify the problem.

The following guide can be used for Atosa salad prep tables, pizza prep tables, undercounter worktops and chef base units.

Atosa Prep Table Not Working

If the prep table isn’t working or turning on check any of the following:

  • Unit isn’t plugged in - Plug the unit into a working outlet
  • Electrical cord is damaged - Check the power cord for any damage
  • Circuit breaker is tripped - Flip the circuit breaker if it has been tripped

Prep Table Not Reaching Temperature

When the unit isn’t meeting the required temperature it could be:

  • Command switch isn’t turned on - Turn the switch on
  • Thermostat range isn’t correctly regulated - Check thermostat setting and adjust set point as needed
  • Evaporator covered in frost - Run a manual defrost cycle. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, contact an authorized service technician for further assistance
  • Condenser is clogged/blocked with dust - Vacuum or gently brush debris from coils
  • Condensing unit doesn’t have uninterrupted airflow - Make sure the unit is located away from heat sources and the condenser has room for airflow
  • Unit door won’t close properly - Check that foods or stored product aren’t obstructing the door

Cabinet Leaking Water

For cabinets that are leaking water, some issues to look for are:

  • Condensate water container is broken - Replace the collecting container or device as needed
  • Discharge outlets are blocked/clogged - Check for any blockages or clogs. Contact an authorized service technician for more help
  • Prep table isn’t level - Adjust unit to make sure that it is leveled properly

Cabinet is Noisy

For noisy cabinets check the following:

  • Frame has loose screws or bolts - Check for loose screws or bolts and tighten as needed
  • Cabinet isn’t stable - Make sure the unit is leveled correctly and is stable
