Don’t let any problems or issues stop your Flexeserve equipment from being productive. Below we will guide you through some Flexeserve troubleshooting, so you can resolve problems fast and get equipment back up and running again.

Products are not maintaining temperature

  • Product displayed in unit at low temperature
  • Drafts from doorways and ac units
  • Incorrect recipe selected
  • Zone not heating up
  • Enter product into Flexeserve as hot as possible for that product
  • Move equipment to less drafty area
  • Initiate the correct recipe for the product
  • Contact an authorized service agent for further assistance

Unit is not operating

  • Unit has no power
  • Zone fuse has tripped
  • Over-temperature thermostat has operated
  • Circuit breaker tripped
  • OLED interface controller is ‘OFF”
  • Check isolation switch is switched on
  • Contact an authorized service agent for further assistance

  • Flip tripped breaker switch
  • Change settings to correct recipe on controller

Lights are not working

  • Light unit has failed
  • OLED interface controller is ‘OFF”
  • Contact an authorized service agent for further assistance
  • Initiate ‘Lights Only’ or specific recipe setting
