Waring Vacuum Sealer Cleaning Instructions

Preserve the life of your vacuum sealer so it can preserve food and keep things fresh for a long time. With our Waring vacuum sealer cleaning instructions, you can properly maintain the unit and ensure it has a longer lifespan with these steps. That way, meat can be preserved, or vegetables can stay fresh for longer than a few days.
The guide is made for Waring Vacuum Sealer models:
WCV300 Cleaning
Make sure when cleaning this vacuum sealer that you don’t immerse it in liquids or use any harsh abrasives.
- Step 1. Unplug unit - Unplug the unit and disconnect it from any power source.
- Step 2. Lift lid - Lift the lid from the unit.
- Step 3. Remove cover - Pulling upwards from the corners, remove the upper hinge covers from both sides of the sealer.
- Step 4. Wash and rinse hinge covers - Using a mild detergent, wash the hinge covers. Rinse the covers and dry thoroughly.
- Step 5. Wipe down surfaces - With a warm, damp cloth, wipe down the hinges, around parts and chamber vacuum surfaces.
- Step 6. Dry vacuum - Dry the unit thoroughly, then reassemble the chamber vacuum.
WVS50 Cleaning
- Step 1. Unplug unit - Unplug the unit and disconnect it from any power source.
- Step 2. Remove suction base - To remove the suction base, rotate it to the unlocked position and pull it outwards.
- Step 3. Rinse base - Wash and rinse the base with warm, soapy water.
- Step 4. Remove and wash inner suction nozzle - Remove the inner suction nozzle and wash it with warm, soapy water.
- Step 5. Wipe Pistol Vac and suction base - With a non-abrasive cloth, wipe down the Pistol Vac charging base and suction base.
- Step 6. Dry and reassemble parts - Thoroughly dry each part before reassembling the bases and nozzle.
