This metal platform adds a height of 2 1/2" height and is coated with a food-safe sealant so you can serve fresh food directly on it. The platform should be cleaned thoroughly and, ideally, hand washed. Due to its artisanal quality and handmade nature, the finish and color of the product might vary slightly.
